I agree Western Union should certainly be a viable option. The fact they don´t "allow" gambling transactions  shouldn´t be an obstacle.

I have asked few casinos and they don't seem to have a straight answer.

Some have fear, some think is labor intensive, some think it wouldn't be long-term, etc.</description>
