As far as I've found on the internet, Jackpot City is one of the best flash casino software available today. Like you've said, it is not just the looks but the functionality as well.

When you say the best, what are the characteristics that you are expecting to see in a casino software? The answer will be based on your expectations.

Anyways, there can be casino software that cheat on the players

I think 'jackpotjoy' is one of the best flash casino games around today.

I totally agree with this debates! In my opinion casino software generally comes in 2 forms- 'downloadable' and 'no download' or 'instant play': But always remember millions of people play online casino games each day; it is only the least of percentages that experience any problems. Online casinos are still far more secure than any other online purchases. Good Luck.
