Red face Look out for Club Player Casino!

I feel like such an ass, I really do. (sorry about that, but I'm ticked) I had so many casinos downloaded and tried most of them out. Club Player was my absolute favorite. I made weekly deposits there. I was faithful about it too. I deposited anywhere from $25.00-$75.00 per week. Nothing major and didn't borrow from any utility bills or mortgage payments to play online but looking back now, it was definitely money that I could have spent elsewhere. But I was having fun. I even it a jackpot on a slot machine and got a royal flush in Joker Poker which is my favorite. Everytime that I would withdrawal money from Club Player, it would take them forever to approve it. I ended up cancelling my withdrawals before they could ever hit my mailbox! That's my own fault and I accept responsibility for it. This past week, I was on vacation and did not make a deposit. Upon my return, I had a great email from Club Player for a appreciation bonus. Unable to redeem this due to a playthrough on my account, I went to the live chat to find out what my playthrough amount was. I was told immediately that my account was about to be 'banned' because I had not made a recent deposit. I hadn't made one for a damn week! I asked for further info from the customer service rep who quickly informed me that he'd sent my info to account and then he terminated my chat. I was steamed. I started another chat with another rep and asked him why on earth I was banned for not making a deposit in one week. He put me on hold for a good 10 minutes and returned stating that I wasn't banned at all but I needed to make a deposit before redeeming a free chip as I hadn't made a deposit in the past 8 days. Yes, I had a playthrough amount from a prior bonus that was still active but the with the prior bonus I had made a deposit and redeemed a bonus chip at the same time. I knew and understood that I had a required playthrough from that to meet. But to hear that I was being 'banned' because I hadn't made a deposit in 8 damn days after being a faithful depositor on a weekly basis? I ended this chat and sent off an email to the manager. I received an answer from customer service in less than 15 minutes stating I wasn't being banned at all but neede to make a deposit and not 'abuse' free chips. THIS WAS MY FIRST FREE CHIP I WAS ATTEMPTING TO REDEEM WITHOUT A WEEKLY DEPOSIT! I immediately responded and told them to cancel my account, which they did. I feel like an ass. I loved playing here, I really did. But this casino does not appreciate it's players. To anyone and everyone who plays here: please, please, please be careful and do NOT count on receiving winnings. I've searched the internet for others in the same situation as me=so very many people have lost their winnings from Club Player as Club Player apparently makes up their own reasons for not allowing you to have your winnings. If you're going to play online-(and I'd LOVE to find a fair casino that would be happy with $25.00-$75.00 weekly deposits from me) please research and read complaints/compliments from other online gamblers before being sucked in. I guess it holds true that if 'it sounds too good to be true then it probably is".

Thanks so much for the heads up on that site. I think what they did to you was wrong. I have thought about downloading it in the past, guess I won't be doing that anytime soon, unless they shape up.

WOW!! Thanks for the warning about this one
I know every business has to make their money, but it certainly sounds to me that in this instance, they lost a good customer!!

Default Wow, I have been having the same problems

I loved Club Player Casino as well. I have deposited around the same amount as you on a weekly basis. I finally hit a jackpot, and they are giving me the run around about claiming my winnings. It is going on three weeks and they still haven't even told me if my withdrawal is accepted or denied. I will never play there again. I wish I could warn everyone on there now.
