| I won't do this for now, because I'm not sure if they did this on purpose, or something happened with my account and they thought I was cheating them. I'll send them an email right away to see if they will treat me well, at least telling me what really happened. |

| Yes as many of the members have already suggested, try talking to them and see what they say about this. There are many ways of contacting them and phone is the most efficient method. If you are uncomfortable talking with them, then use the online chatting to talk to their help and get this resolved. At least then you'll know what has gone wrong and who is at fault. |
