Default Options for US Players

I believe US law WILL change to allow US citizens to play Online, but that this will happen in the NEXT US Administration (i.e., after President Bush).

However, I'M A US CITIZEN WHO IS NOT WILLING TO WAIT THAT LONG! I strongly believe in individual rights, and love casino games online.

Could anyone privately advise me ( or post) as to how I could establish residence, say in Canada, and gamble online?

Thank you.

Don't really want to BREAK the law; simply curve it a little!

Anyway there are thousands of US players playing online and there are many in this forum too. I think it is quite unfair for not letting play online. If the authorities can provide enough laws and regulations, then allowing to play online is not a big deal.

I think the US government is not capable enough to do the necessary arrangements for getting this done. Therefore many of the players have to pay the price.

Is this just the laws & regulations or other things which have made the Bush government not to allow on line casino yet?

I think other things.. such as how to track the revenue so they can calculate the tax amounts easily etc.

Most of the cases it is such that, if what government want cannot be measured due to their inefficiency, they make the whole thing illegal or block it. This is the nature of any government of the world.
