I had already seen alot of very unhappy people in these forums and therefore made sure i met all play through requirements etc and sent in the necessary docs straight away so there would be no problem. I was very pleased to see my payment would be sent in 48-72 hours to my Neteller account!! I thought maybe you lot were just very unlucky.

                                                                                                                                However, it is now 6/9/2010. 16 days later (12 business days). Still no sign of my winnings. I have since been advised 7-10 days, which has still passed and nothing. I might not be so impatient had I not been orginally told 48-72 hours!! As today is Friday i'm sure nothing will be resolved so another 3 days at least. Does anyone actually talk to the finance dept? or just make guesses and why send an email saying 48-72 hours, that's just asking for unhappy customers! I have emailed Ingrid directly but she no longer deals with withdrawal issues, I have therfore forwarded that email to Marty. Any help would be much appreciated, my patience is wearing thin.

When asked why, no one would or could give me an answer. I finally figured it out. You get frustrated enough and you pull the money back and gamble. But of course the odds are not the same and you lose it all. What a rip. If they would have approved the $4700 all at one, I guarantee you I probably would have lost at least that over time and more. Now that I see how they rip you off, I am not sure I will be playing there anymore.

The Costa Rican Government don’t have regulatory body for online gaming they just allow t to operate once they pay the $500.00 business registration fee and as long as the Costa Rican people don’t play they are happy. So the Casinos from this area are Unregulated and can do what they like and if you have an issue you have no where to go. My suggestion is DON’T play at them. I have used Europa Casino and they were great. I requested a withdrawal sent in my docs and received my money in 3 days. They way it should be. Also used Intercasino and they sent me a cheque it took about 10 days to arrive but I’m in Australia so that s fairly good and the cheque cleared no problem. SO STICK TO THE GOOD ONES AND LEAVE THE SUSPECT ONES ALONE is my advice. I’m currently deleting all casinos that run the same software as COOLCAT and as soon as I get my money that will be gone also. Once bitten twice shy.
