As explained before; you have redeemed and played with a total of 11 Free Chips in a row; no deposits registered on the casino ever and no deposits in between free chips either. As per casino rules; only one free chip is allowed per player; unless there is a deposit in between which unfortunately is not the case; and this is why winnings on last free chip redeemed were voided. Also; please keep in mind that free chips have a maximum cashout; the free chip you used had a $100 maximum cashout.

Manager Withdrawal is the tool accounting manager uses to remove money from the account. Ex: non allowed winnings, removing a non cashable bonus, etc
I suggest contacting Slots of Vegas and verify you have an approved cash-out.

I have had pleasant dealings with slots of vegas thanks to cindy, she gets the ball rolling. It is stated that approval takes 7-10 days and yes another 15-20 days after that to receive the check. As with all online casinos, there are restrictions, playthru requirements, rules to follow but to be honest i have played at numerous casinos and slots of vegas is the only place i have ever won and have collected on. They have the highest bonus and I was pleased that a rep told me about the 300% bonus with no playthru or max withdrawal on it

Not to thrilled with waiting 6 weeks for a cashout. I have made deposits totaling ~ $2,000 have abided by all rules but am still awaiting my payout. Have contacted support on a number of occasions and get excuses why my payout is delayed. Web site specifically states 10 days for approval and 10 days for payout. When communicating with support I get 7-10 days for payout first time, then 2nd time it's 10 - 20 days for payout. Third time support blames this on the company they hired to handled the payouts! This is blatant thievery!!!
